Put public records within public reach
The Internet Retrieval module provides secure, remote access to land record information. Lawyers, title searchers, businesses and genealogists have the capability of viewing all available document images and index information without having to travel to the courthouse. Courthouse personnel are freed from retrieval efforts in order to direct attention toward more productive work. Access is possible either through www.OnlineCountyRecords.com or by linking from an existing county homepage.
Continuous uploading ability
Information can be uploaded from the courthouse to the Web site daily to ensure new documents are continuously available to remote users. To supplement available online information, Courthouse Computer Systems also offers services for scanning existing land record and index books, as well as conversion of existing computerized indexing files. Reliable. Fast. Secure.
Direct T1 access enhances connectivity to our servers. Security is provided through firewall protection. Reliability is ensured with gasoline generator back-up in the event of power failure and redundant server clusters that operate in separate geographic locations with fail-over capabilities.
In the event of a network outage or hardware failure in one location, all Web traffic is diverted to an independent server cluster operating on a separate Internet backbone. Information is automatically synchronized between server clusters on a nightly basis.
